1、建立實驗教學標準。 根據教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)部制訂(ding)的中小學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)實驗(yan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)基(ji)(ji)本(ben)(ben)目錄和(he)操作指南,按照國家(jia)課程方案和(he)課程標準要求,將實驗(yan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)作為課程體系的重要內(nei)容納(na)入學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)基(ji)(ji)本(ben)(ben)規范,強(qiang)化實驗(yan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)要求。以核心(xin)素養為導向(xiang),緊(jin)扣《義務教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)課程標準(2022年版)》,厘(li)清義務教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)初(chu)(chu)中物(wu)理(li)(li)(li)、化學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)、生物(wu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)實驗(yan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)涵(han)蓋的基(ji)(ji)本(ben)(ben)知識、基(ji)(ji)本(ben)(ben)技能和(he)基(ji)(ji)本(ben)(ben)方法(fa),建(jian)立人教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)版初(chu)(chu)中物(wu)理(li)(li)(li)、化學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)、生物(wu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)課本(ben)(ben)中的理(li)(li)(li)科實驗(yan)課時教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)標準。制定(ding)初(chu)(chu)中理(li)(li)(li)科實驗(yan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)與測評相關標準,統一(yi)全(quan)市(shi)初(chu)(chu)中理(li)(li)(li)科實驗(yan)的教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)要求。
2、建立實驗測評標準。統一(yi)全市初中(zhong)理(li)科(ke)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)的測評(ping)要求,兼顧過程性測評(ping)和終(zhong)結性考(kao)(kao)(kao)(kao)試的實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)際需求。提高中(zhong)考(kao)(kao)(kao)(kao)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)操作考(kao)(kao)(kao)(kao)試的命題質量,加快中(zhong)考(kao)(kao)(kao)(kao)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)操作考(kao)(kao)(kao)(kao)試的題庫建設(she),實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)現實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)測評(ping)和考(kao)(kao)(kao)(kao)試評(ping)價(jia)的標準(zhun)化、智能化。依(yi)托市、區、校(xiao)三(san)級聯(lian)動建立初中(zhong)理(li)科(ke)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)與測評(ping)監(jian)管平臺(tai)、考(kao)(kao)(kao)(kao)務管理(li)平臺(tai)和實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)評(ping)卷(juan)平臺(tai),強化實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)和測評(ping)考(kao)(kao)(kao)(kao)試管理(li)。
3、建立實驗裝備標準。根據教(jiao)(jiao)育部《初中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)物理(li)教(jiao)(jiao)學裝備配(pei)(pei)置標準》、《初中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)化學教(jiao)(jiao)學裝備配(pei)(pei)置標準》、《初中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)生物學教(jiao)(jiao)學裝備配(pei)(pei)置標準》,加(jia)強對我(wo)市初中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)理(li)科實驗教(jiao)(jiao)學與測(ce)評裝備管理(li)。按照相關標準配(pei)(pei)置初中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)理(li)科實驗教(jiao)(jiao)學和測(ce)評的器材(cai)、設備、試劑和相關的大數(shu)據管理(li)平臺,確保實驗教(jiao)(jiao)學和測(ce)評的科學性(xing)、創新性(xing)、安全性(xing)和實用(yong)性(xing)。
4、建設實驗教學平臺。依托深圳教(jiao)育云,建設具備實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)、考務管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)、測(ce)驗(yan)(yan)評(ping)卷、數據監(jian)管(guan)(guan)(guan)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)施等功能的(de)(de)(de)(de)我市(shi)(shi)初(chu)中理(li)(li)(li)科(ke)(ke)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)與測(ce)評(ping)監(jian)管(guan)(guan)(guan)平(ping)(ping)臺,全(quan)程監(jian)測(ce)全(quan)市(shi)(shi)各(ge)(ge)校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)過程,作(zuo)為評(ping)估學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)常規(gui)理(li)(li)(li)科(ke)(ke)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)工作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)依據。2024年6月前,市(shi)(shi)、區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)兩(liang)級(ji)教(jiao)育信息中心(xin)分(fen)別(bie)完成市(shi)(shi)、區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)兩(liang)級(ji)相關平(ping)(ping)臺的(de)(de)(de)(de)建設和(he)(he)(he)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li);加強對轄區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)內學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)相關平(ping)(ping)臺建設和(he)(he)(he)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)督導;各(ge)(ge)區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)教(jiao)研(yan)部門(men)負責區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)級(ji)監(jian)管(guan)(guan)(guan)平(ping)(ping)臺的(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)日常實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)(de)監(jian)督和(he)(he)(he)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li);市(shi)(shi)教(jiao)科(ke)(ke)院負責市(shi)(shi)級(ji)平(ping)(ping)臺的(de)(de)(de)(de)使用和(he)(he)(he)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)。通過市(shi)(shi)、區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)、校(xiao)(xiao)三級(ji)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)與測(ce)評(ping)監(jian)管(guan)(guan)(guan)平(ping)(ping)臺管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)端,觀測(ce)和(he)(he)(he)指(zhi)導各(ge)(ge)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)理(li)(li)(li)科(ke)(ke)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)(de)開課情況、教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)過程和(he)(he)(he)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)況等環節,提(ti)高學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)理(li)(li)(li)科(ke)(ke)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)工作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)執行力,推動實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)和(he)(he)(he)考試(shi)評(ping)價良性互促。
5、規范實驗教學實施。學(xue)校(xiao)要將實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)教(jiao)學(xue)納入教(jiao)學(xue)管(guan)理規程,分(fen)年級、分(fen)學(xue)科制定(ding)切實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)可行(xing)的實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)教(jiao)學(xue)計劃。加強實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)教(jiao)學(xue)過(guo)程管(guan)理,確(que)保(bao)(bao)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)教(jiao)學(xue)內容(rong)和(he)課(ke)時,嚴格實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)教(jiao)學(xue)程序和(he)規范。杜絕(jue)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)室被擠(ji)占、實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)課(ke)不(bu)(bu)開(kai)(kai)(kai)或(huo)開(kai)(kai)(kai)課(ke)不(bu)(bu)足、實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)課(ke)變成講(jiang)授課(ke)、教(jiao)師(shi)不(bu)(bu)愿做(zuo)(zuo)或(huo)不(bu)(bu)會(hui)做(zuo)(zuo)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)、學(xue)生不(bu)(bu)會(hui)做(zuo)(zuo)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)、考前突擊做(zuo)(zuo)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)等(deng)不(bu)(bu)良情況。教(jiao)師(shi)要按照我(wo)市初中理科實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)教(jiao)學(xue)與(yu)測(ce)評相(xiang)關要求,開(kai)(kai)(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)備課(ke)、上課(ke)和(he)評價工作(zuo),保(bao)(bao)證實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)教(jiao)學(xue)質量。學(xue)校(xiao)要充分(fen)利用平臺,開(kai)(kai)(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)教(jiao)學(xue)管(guan)理。學(xue)校(xiao)要保(bao)(bao)障基礎性(xing)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)開(kai)(kai)(kai)足開(kai)(kai)(kai)齊(qi),確(que)保(bao)(bao)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)開(kai)(kai)(kai)出率100%,增加拓(tuo)展(zhan)(zhan)性(xing)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan),其比例不(bu)(bu)少于50%。
6、創新實驗教學方式。綜(zong)合(he)運用觀察、觀測、模擬、體驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)、設計、編程(cheng)、制(zhi)作(zuo)、加(jia)工、飼(si)養、種(zhong)植、參觀、調查等多種(zhong)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)(shi)(shi),促進傳(chuan)統實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)與現(xian)代新興(xing)科技有機融合(he),切實(shi)增強實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)的趣(qu)味性和(he)吸引力,提高實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)質量和(he)效果。對于因受(shou)時(shi)空限(xian)制(zhi)而在(zai)現(xian)實(shi)世界中(zhong)無(wu)法觀察和(he)控制(zhi)的事物和(he)現(xian)象、變化太快或(huo)太慢的過(guo)程(cheng),以及有危(wei)險性、破壞性和(he)對環境有危(wei)害(hai)的實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan),可用增強現(xian)實(shi)、虛(xu)擬現(xian)實(shi)等技術手段呈(cheng)現(xian)。遵循學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科特點,積(ji)極推動學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)研究型、任務型、項目化、問題(ti)式(shi)(shi)(shi)、合(he)作(zuo)式(shi)(shi)(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習。在(zai)保障安全的前(qian)提下,鼓勵學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)向學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)開(kai)(kai)放(fang)實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)室,方(fang)(fang)便學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)利用課(ke)余時(shi)間,以獨立或(huo)小(xiao)組合(he)作(zuo)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)(shi)(shi)開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)探(tan)究。廣泛利用校(xiao)外(wai)資(zi)源積(ji)極開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)科學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)活動,探(tan)索(suo)通過(guo)購買服務方(fang)(fang)式(shi)(shi)(shi)開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)特色實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)或(huo)實(shi)踐活動。配合(he)全國中(zhong)小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)精(jing)品課(ke)的遴(lin)選,組織我市初中(zhong)理科實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)精(jing)品課(ke)競賽。
7、建立實驗評價機制。 根據(ju)《廣東省教(jiao)育(yu)廳關于初中(zhong)學(xue)業水平考(kao)(kao)試(shi)(shi)物(wu)(wu)理、化學(xue)、生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)學(xue)等科(ke)目實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)考(kao)(kao)試(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)指(zhi)導意見》(粵(yue)教(jiao)考(kao)(kao)〔2020〕7號)文件(jian)精神,本著“學(xue)完就考(kao)(kao)”的(de)(de)原則,結(jie)合深圳信息(xi)化實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)測評(ping)模式推進時間安排,2024年(nian)將生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)學(xue)實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)操(cao)作考(kao)(kao)試(shi)(shi)成(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)按(an)科(ke)目分值的(de)(de)10%計入(ru)科(ke)目成(cheng)(cheng)績(ji),2025屆畢業生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)理和(he)(he)化學(xue)實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)操(cao)作考(kao)(kao)試(shi)(shi)成(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)按(an)相應科(ke)目分值的(de)(de)10%計入(ru)科(ke)目成(cheng)(cheng)績(ji),作為學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)畢業和(he)(he)升學(xue)的(de)(de)依據(ju)。把(ba)實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)教(jiao)學(xue)情況(kuang)納(na)入(ru)教(jiao)育(yu)質量(liang)(liang)評(ping)價(jia)(jia)監測體系,強化對學(xue)校實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)室建設與(yu)管理、實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)教(jiao)學(xue)開展(zhan)情況(kuang)和(he)(he)實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)教(jiao)學(xue)質量(liang)(liang)等方面的(de)(de)評(ping)價(jia)(jia),把(ba)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)操(cao)作情況(kuang)和(he)(he)能力表現納(na)入(ru)綜合素(su)質評(ping)價(jia)(jia)。
8.推進信息化實驗測評。有計劃(hua)、有步驟地推進信(xin)息(xi)(xi)化(hua)實(shi)驗教(jiao)學與測評(ping)(ping)(ping)監管平臺建(jian)設,于(yu)2023年(nian)在初中理科實(shi)驗教(jiao)學與測評(ping)(ping)(ping)方面實(shi)現(xian)信(xin)息(xi)(xi)化(hua)賦能(neng),推動測評(ping)(ping)(ping)形式(shi)逐漸(jian)由現(xian)考現(xian)評(ping)(ping)(ping)轉為(wei)現(xian)考后評(ping)(ping)(ping),逐步實(shi)現(xian)技(ji)術賦能(neng)信(xin)息(xi)(xi)化(hua)和大(da)數據應用數字化(hua)。
9.抓好實驗測評組織管理。市教科(ke)(ke)院、招考(kao)(kao)辦、教育(yu)信(xin)息中心等部門加強對初(chu)中理科(ke)(ke)實驗測(ce)(ce)評(ping)的(de)(de)組織(zhi)管理,市、區教育(yu)信(xin)息中心負責實驗裝備標準的(de)(de)制(zhi)定(ding)(ding)、相關平臺(tai)系統(tong)的(de)(de)運行(xing)、維護和技術支持;教科(ke)(ke)院負責信(xin)息化(hua)實驗測(ce)(ce)評(ping)的(de)(de)命題(ti)和評(ping)卷工(gong)(gong)作;招考(kao)(kao)辦負責信(xin)息化(hua)實驗測(ce)(ce)評(ping)的(de)(de)考(kao)(kao)務組織(zhi)工(gong)(gong)作;各區要(yao)按照全市統(tong)一要(yao)求抓好貫徹落(luo)實,各初(chu)中學校要(yao)制(zhi)定(ding)(ding)信(xin)息化(hua)實驗測(ce)(ce)評(ping)工(gong)(gong)作的(de)(de)具體計劃,確保全市標準化(hua)實驗測(ce)(ce)評(ping)工(gong)(gong)作健康、有序、穩步推進(jin)。
10.構建現代化實驗室裝備體系。按照標準和(he)實(shi)(shi)際需(xu)求建(jian)(jian)設(she)實(shi)(shi)驗教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)場(chang)所(suo),注重加強實(shi)(shi)驗教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)與(yu)多學(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)融合(he)(he)(he)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)、編程教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)、創客(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)、人工智能教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)、社會實(shi)(shi)踐等(deng)有機(ji)融合(he)(he)(he),將實(shi)(shi)驗教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)從(cong)傳統的實(shi)(shi)驗室(shi)擴展(zhan)到特(te)色實(shi)(shi)驗教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)空間(jian)。支(zhi)持(chi)探索建(jian)(jian)設(she)學(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)功(gong)能教(jiao)(jiao)室(shi)、綜(zong)合(he)(he)(he)實(shi)(shi)驗室(shi)、創新實(shi)(shi)驗室(shi)、創客(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)空間(jian)等(deng),鼓(gu)勵對普(pu)通教(jiao)(jiao)室(shi)進行多功(gong)能技(ji)術改造(zao),建(jian)(jian)設(she)復合(he)(he)(he)型綜(zong)合(he)(he)(he)實(shi)(shi)驗教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)環(huan)境。創建(jian)(jian)“教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)評(ping)”一(yi)體化理(li)科(ke)實(shi)(shi)驗室(shi),把(ba)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校服務(wu)器、教(jiao)(jiao)師用機(ji)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)生終端(duan)、網絡環(huan)境、教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)軟件(jian)、測評(ping)軟件(jian)、巡考攝像頭(tou)等(deng)植入物理(li)、化學(xue)(xue)(xue)和(he)生物學(xue)(xue)(xue)實(shi)(shi)驗室(shi)。
11、落實實驗教學裝備配置標準。落(luo)實教(jiao)育部頒布的(de)學(xue)(xue)科教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)裝備(bei)配(pei)置(zhi)標(biao)(biao)準,保質保量配(pei)置(zhi)并(bing)及(ji)時更(geng)新教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)儀器設備(bei),確保消耗性實驗材料的(de)補充與供給,滿足實驗教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)基本需求。各(ge)區(qu)各(ge)校要依據我市(shi)(shi)初中理(li)科實驗教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)與測(ce)評裝備(bei)相關(guan)(guan)標(biao)(biao)準,在2022年做(zuo)好購置(zhi)理(li)科實驗教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)與測(ce)評裝備(bei)的(de)預算,每所初中學(xue)(xue)校按照(zhao)物理(li)、化學(xue)(xue)、生物學(xue)(xue)最少各(ge)一套的(de)標(biao)(biao)準裝備(bei)。到2023年底全(quan)市(shi)(shi)公(gong)辦(ban)民辦(ban)初中學(xue)(xue)校要完成理(li)科實驗相關(guan)(guan)設備(bei)及(ji)平(ping)臺的(de)建設和調試工作。
12、加強理科實驗室的維護和管理。市、區教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)行政部(bu)門會同有關部(bu)門加強對教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)用(yong)(yong)試劑(藥(yao)品(pin)(pin))中(zhong)的危(wei)險(xian)化(hua)(hua)學(xue)品(pin)(pin)、易制(zhi)(zhi)爆(bao)危(wei)險(xian)化(hua)(hua)學(xue)品(pin)(pin)及易制(zhi)(zhi)毒化(hua)(hua)學(xue)品(pin)(pin)采購、運(yun)輸、儲存、保管(guan)、使(shi)用(yong)(yong)、回(hui)收的管(guan)理(li)(li)(li),保障實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)安(an)全(quan)并達到環保要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)。各校要(yao)(yao)切實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)增(zeng)強實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)安(an)全(quan)意識,落(luo)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)規程,強化(hua)(hua)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)安(an)全(quan)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li),制(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)安(an)全(quan)預案,落(luo)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)危(wei)險(xian)化(hua)(hua)學(xue)品(pin)(pin)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)辦(ban)法,健(jian)全(quan)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)安(an)全(quan)責任制(zhi)(zhi),定(ding)期開展安(an)全(quan)風險(xian)排查,確保實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)場所具備良好的通風、采光、照明、防(fang)盜、防(fang)火、防(fang)爆(bao)、防(fang)潮、防(fang)霉等條件;要(yao)(yao)加強師生實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)安(an)全(quan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu),特別是要(yao)(yao)強化(hua)(hua)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室技術人員、管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)人員和實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)任課教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師安(an)全(quan)責任意識,提升實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)安(an)全(quan)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)能力。
13、加大實驗教學師資培訓指導。市、區、校相關部門應(ying)對(dui)全市初中理(li)科教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)、實(shi)(shi)驗技(ji)術人員、信(xin)息(xi)技(ji)術教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)和(he)(he)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)管理(li)人員等進(jin)行系統的全員輪訓,保障各項工作(zuo)的順(shun)利推(tui)進(jin)。教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)研(yan)究部門要(yao)加大對(dui)初中階段理(li)科實(shi)(shi)驗教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)與測(ce)評改革實(shi)(shi)施指導的力度(du),集思廣益(yi),做好教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)標準(zhun)的修訂(ding)和(he)(he)研(yan)究工作(zuo),保證實(shi)(shi)驗教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)和(he)(he)測(ce)評改革工作(zuo)持(chi)續進(jin)行。
14、提高理科教師的科學素養。理科(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)要(yao)按照國(guo)家《義務教(jiao)(jiao)育課(ke)程標(biao)準》的(de)要(yao)求,進一步轉變觀(guan)念,切(qie)實(shi)改變教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)方(fang)(fang)式和評(ping)價方(fang)(fang)式,把教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)重(zhong)心從注重(zhong)應試(shi)能力(li)(li)轉移到注重(zhong)創新思維(wei)、分析能力(li)(li)、質疑精神、實(shi)驗(yan)操作等綜合實(shi)踐(jian)能力(li)(li)上(shang)來。不斷學(xue)習新知識、新方(fang)(fang)法、新技能,深入領(ling)會(hui)和掌(zhang)握實(shi)驗(yan)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)與測評(ping)的(de)標(biao)準和標(biao)準化管理技術(shu),提高(gao)自(zi)身實(shi)驗(yan)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)和操作指(zhi)導(dao)的(de)勝(sheng)任力(li)(li)。
